As a former track and field athlete, it is my passion to help people improve their speed and agility. I offer 121 sessions that are specifically tailored to achieve your goals and to match your fitness level. With over 15 years of experience, I know what it takes to create a plan that will help you reach your full potential. During our sessions, I will teach you running drills that you have never seen before and guide you through the dynamic warm-ups that are used by world-class athletes.
